Meet Rachel

I’m Rachel — a Doctor of Physical Therapy and comprehensively trained Pilates instructor based in San Diego, CA.

I have over a decade of experience in the health, wellness, and rehabilitation space.

I enjoy working with clients to reduce pain, improve mobility, and bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and fitness programming. I’m a firm believer that our health and well-being are multifaceted and that a successful approach needs to be holistic, addressing mind, body, and spirit.

Pilates can feel like a clique. Or it’s black and white: either group fitness on a reformer or repeating the classical order without variation or tailoring to your unique body.

My intention with this pursuit is to empower people to find true, lasting, sustainable health. I have personally experienced the freedom and power of Pilates and seen the transformation of my relationship with exercise, mobility, and pain.

I now exercise out of gratitude for my body. I want to build a strong body that supports my life and the things that bring me joy - and I want to help you find that same freedom and intention for yourself.
